The Old Havana Hat Bar: Designed exclusively for Amy Middlemiss from Eleven Events, this immersive activation brings the vibrancy of Old Havana to life. Taking place on Friday, 12 December 2025 at The Collective, The Rocks, the Hat Bar will run from 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm, serving up to 350 guests with a Cuban-inspired, design-led experience where each guest leaves with a personalised hat.
