Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Session Price: Each Hands-On Hat ONE-ON-ONE Session in Nature costs $900. Deposit: A 50% deposit ($450) is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a different date if needed. Final Payment: The remaining balance of $450 is due 7 days before the scheduled session. You will receive a payment reminder via email. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 20 days before the booked date. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the session will allow you to apply your deposit to a future session within the next 6 months. Cancellations made within 14 days of the session will forfeit the deposit. No-Shows: If you do not attend the session and fail to reschedule, the full amount will be charged. Weather: Sessions are held outdoors. In the event of extreme weather conditions, the session will be rescheduled, and you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
